Prism was founded in 2013 by Renu Sachdeva, building on more than 25 years of corporate experience in people management, business development and strategic consulting across the UK, India, Singapore and the UAE. This global, multicultural perspective shapes how Prism works with individuals and organisations from diverse backgrounds.
In it’s early years, counselling and therapy were at the heart of Prism’s work, giving us a deep understanding of how people think, feel and change. That foundation has since grown into a broader platform for personal and leadership development, serving individuals, teams and organisations alike.
Today, Prism offers life and leadership coaching, mentoring, corporate training and Executive Development Programmes (EDPs). These help people become more self-aware, emotionally intelligent and effective, both at work and in life. Alongside these, we continue to offer counselling and therapy, support groups, workshops and psycho-education. Together they form an integrated range of services for growth and well-being.
Our programmes draw on established psychological frameworks such as Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural approaches. This grounding sets our coaching, mentoring and training apart. It goes beyond skills and strategies to address the mindsets and patterns that shape how people think, lead and relate, creating change that lasts.

Renu has over 5000 hours of counselling, coaching, and mentoring experience, and has led 200+ workshops, training sessions and psych-educative talks for corporates, institutions, and community groups.
She likes to adopt an integrative mind-body approach combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Metaphor Therapy etc. to facilitate lasting transformation.

Renu garnered over 25 years of corporate experience in UK, Singapore and India, in people management, business strategy, and client servicing working in the areas of media marketing, advertising, marketing research and strategic consulting with TNS Kantar (WPP), Rediffusion DY&R, The Times of India Group and The Research Pacific Group (Singapore).
Her last corporate role was with TNS Kantar (WPP) as Executive Director in India and prior to that as Group Director in UK for Qualitative Research & Shopper Insights
She has extensive experience doing strategic consulting for MNC clients including Jaguar, Hilton, IBM, Nestle, Unilever, Kellogg’s, BAT, Reckitt Benckiser, Tesco, Danone, Revlon and Heinz
