Prism Counselling was founded in 2013 by Renu Sachdeva, following over 25 years of corporate experience across media, marketing, advertising, and market research.
What began as a practice focused on individual counselling and personal growth has evolved into a broader platform offering psychologically informed development for individuals, teams, and organisations.
Today, Prism works at the intersection of emotional well-being and leadership development, offering a range of services that include counselling, coaching, mentoring, workshops, psycho-education and Executive Development Programmes (EDPs) designed to build self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and effective leaders.
Our programs are grounded in established psychological frameworks such as Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural approaches, and are designed to enable meaningful, sustainable change—both at a personal and professional level.

About Renu Sachdeva, Founder

Renu has over 2000 hours of counselling, coaching, and mentoring experience, and has led 50+ workshops and training sessions for corporates, institutions, and community groups.
She follows an integrative, mind-body approach combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Metaphor Therapy and Yoga Therapy to facilitate lasting transformation.
Previous Corporate Experience
Renu garnered over 25 years of work experience in UK, Singapore and India, in people management, business strategy, and client servicing working in the areas of media marketing, advertising, marketing research and strategic consulting with TNS Kantar (WPP), Rediffusion DY&R, The Times of India Group and The Research Pacific Group (Singapore).
In her last corporate role with TNS Kantar, she was Executive Director, Qualitative Research & Shopper Insights in India, and prior to that as Group Director Consumer Qualitative in UK.
