About Renu Sachdeva, Founder

Renu has over 1000 hours of counselling, coaching, and mentoring experience, and has led 50+ workshops and training sessions for corporates, institutions, and community groups. She follows an integrative, mind-body approach combining CBT, Transactional Analysis, Metaphor Therapy, and Yoga to create personalised, lasting transformations
Previous Corporate Experience
Renu garnered over 25 years of work experience in UK, Singapore and India, in people management, business strategy, and client servicing working in the areas of media marketing, advertising, marketing research and strategic consulting with TNS Kantar (WPP), Rediffusion DY&R, The Times of India Group and The Research Pacific Group (Singapore). In her last corporate role with TNS Kantar, she was Executive Director, Qualitative Research & Shopper Insights in India, and prior to that as Group Director Consumer Qualitative in UK.
